38211741Kumasi-based Pastor, Bishop Daniel Obinim has finally broken his silence on a video of him massaging the manhood of a congregant on live TV, which is circulating on social media.

The founder and Leader of the International Godsway Church disclosed in an interview with Adom News’ Kofi Adomah Nwanwani that the man in question came to his church to be healed.

According to him, the screams of pain from the man caused him to have pity on him. The man, Obinim said, had suffered the multiple erection after sleeping with a married woman.

According to the man, the lady whom he had sex with was once his girlfriend some years ago before he moved to the city to make a living. Thus, upon his return to the village, he started communicating with the now married woman, which later led to sex between the two.

“For close to two weeks after having sex with the woman, the man said his manhood always remained erect and he was in great pain…,” Obinim said.

According to Obinim, the man came to his church to seek spiritual help after visiting several hospitals and herbal clinics.

The man of God said after asking God to forgive the man of his sins, he prayed for the man and the cameras captured that.

Bishop Obinim noted that he has suffered several criticisms for displaying the penis of the man on live TV while healing him.

These criticisms, Obinim stressed, are unnecessary as he couldn’t have afforded to heal the man in secret. “If I cover it and pray for him in secret and he comes out to give a testimony of him being healed after the prayers, people will not believe him since they might not have known what I did for the man…,” he said.

According to him, the man has since been healed of the problem.
